Subscription Terms & Policy

1. Enrollment and Access

By enrolling in a program or subscribing to services provided by The Restaurant Company (TRC), you gain access to training materials, resources, and community features for the duration of your active subscription. Access is personal and non-transferable.

2. Payment and Billing

All subscription fees are billed according to the plan selected at enrollment (monthly, quarterly, or annual). Subscribers authorize TRC to charge the payment method provided. It is the subscriber’s responsibility to maintain accurate billing information.

3. Refunds

All fees paid are non-refundable, except in cases where TRC determines a refund is warranted due to processing errors. Any refunds will be processed using the original payment method and may take 3–7 business days to appear. Programs, digital products, or services are strictly non-refundable.

Due to the immediate access granted to proprietary educational content, intellectual property, and resources upon enrollment, TRC cannot offer refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Failure to complete or participate in a course

  • Change in personal or professional circumstances

  • Dissatisfaction with course material or results

  • Technical issues on the user’s end

By enrolling, you acknowledge and accept that all payments are final and non-transferable.

4. Cancellations and Downgrades

Subscribers may cancel or downgrade their subscription at any time through their account portal. Access to materials will continue until the end of the current billing cycle, after which no further charges will be made.

5. Inactivity and Forfeiture

If a subscriber remains inactive for a continuous period of 90 days, their subscription will be considered forfeited. In such cases:

  • Access to all program materials, resources, and community features is revoked.

  • Any fees paid for the subscription are non-refundable.

  • Reactivation or reinstatement of the subscription requires a new enrollment and payment.

6. Failed Payments

If a payment cannot be processed, TRC will notify the subscriber to update their payment information. Access to the program may be suspended until payment is successfully completed.

7. Modifications to Policies

TRC reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Subscribers will be notified of changes via email, and continued use of the program constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

7-Day Free Trial & Automatic Course 1 Fee Clause (Non-Cancellable Billing)

7-Day Free Trial Period
Upon registration for the TRC Online Course Program (“Program”), the User receives a 7-day free trial beginning immediately on the date and time of registration (“Trial Period”). During this Trial Period, the User will have full access to the Program dashboard and unrestricted access to Course 1 only. All remaining courses are locked and available on a pay-as-you-go basis.

Credit Card Authorization
Activation of the Trial Period requires the User to provide valid credit or debit card information at the time of registration. By registering, the User authorizes The Restaurant Company (“TRC”) to securely store the provided payment method and to automatically process charges in accordance with this Agreement.

Access to Course 1 During Trial
The User may view, begin, and complete Course 1 at no cost during the Trial Period. Access to Course 1 remains active only during the 7-day trial unless the automatic charge described below is processed.

Automatic Post-Trial Charge (Non-Cancellable)
At the end of the 7-day Trial Period, the User will be automatically charged a non-refundable fee of $67 for Course 1, regardless of whether the User cancels, withdraws, or discontinues participation during the Trial Period.
By registering, the User acknowledges and agrees that the $67 charge is automatic, final, and not dependent upon continued enrollment beyond the Trial Period.

Continuing the Program
After Course 1 is charged and unlocked, the User may continue the Program by purchasing each subsequent course individually at its listed pay-as-you-go price. Course 2–8 and the Final Exam are not accessible without payment.

Agreement to Terms Prior to Access
By registering, providing payment information, or accessing any portion of the Program, the User acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, including the automatic $67 charge at the end of the Trial Period.

Cancellation During Trial

The User may cancel their access at any time; however, the cancellation does not prevent, delay, or void the automatic post-trial charge of $67 for Course 1. Cancellation only prevents future access to the Program and does not alter the automatic fee that is processed after the Trial Period.

No Guarantee of Employment, Clients, or Business

Participation in or completion of any The Restaurant Company (“TRC”) course, certification, or consulting program does not guarantee employment, job placement, client acquisition, or business success of any kind.

TRC provides education, training, tools, and mentorship designed to enhance professional knowledge and industry readiness; however, individual results will vary significantly depending on each participant’s experience, effort, market conditions, and the ability to apply the material provided.

By enrolling in a TRC program, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  1. No Promised Outcomes:
TRC makes no express or implied representations, warranties, or guarantees that you will achieve specific business results, secure clients, generate income, or obtain employment opportunities through participation in any TRC course or service.

  2. Income and Success Illustrations:
TRC may, from time to time, share case studies, testimonials, or examples of individuals who have achieved certain results, including income or business growth, as part of our marketing or educational content.
These examples are provided strictly for illustrative purposes to demonstrate what is possible with proper effort and implementation. They are not intended to represent or guarantee that current or future students will achieve similar outcomes.

  3. Independent Application Required:
All strategies, systems, and methodologies taught by TRC are intended for educational purposes. The responsibility for implementing this knowledge, making sound business decisions, and managing outcomes rests solely with you, the student or client. TRC cannot control how or whether the concepts are applied in practice.

  4. No Endorsement or Referrals Guaranteed:
Completion of any TRC program does not entitle participants to automatic referrals, partnerships, consulting contracts, or introductions to TRC’s network of clients, affiliates, or industry partners. Any post-graduation collaboration or opportunity is discretionary and not implied as part of your enrollment.

  5. No Earnings or Profit Claims:
While TRC may discuss general financial concepts, opportunities, or industry benchmarks in marketing and educational materials, we make no claims or assurances regarding actual earnings, profits, or revenue that may result from applying our materials. Any financial references are estimates only, and your results will depend on multiple independent factors beyond TRC’s control.

  6. Personal Responsibility:
You are solely responsible for your own progress, achievements, and the results obtained through participation in TRC programs. Your level of success depends on many factors, including your skill, discipline, business environment, market demand, and individual commitment.

By purchasing, enrolling in, or participating in any TRC educational program, you expressly acknowledge and agree that TRC is not liable for any economic or professional outcomes, and you release TRC, its affiliates, instructors, and representatives from any claims related to employment, income, or business performance following completion of your course.
