  • Progress Tracking: Your dashboard shows completed lessons, quizzes, and your overall progress. Certificates of completion are automatically issued when courses are finished.

  • Technical Issues: If a video won’t play, a link is broken, or a file won’t download, please email support with a screenshot and details.

  • Instructor Assistance: For course-specific questions, reach out to the instructor using the platform’s messaging feature or contact our support team for guidance.



Payments & Billing

  • Enrollment Confirmation: You’ll receive an email confirmation after payment is processed.

  • Payment Methods: We accept credit/debit cards and other secure payment methods.
